On April 2nd we will launch WakeupData NEO, a brand-new interface which puts you in control.
How did the changes happen?
NEO has spent 14 months in development, involving multiple client meetings, a lot of dialogue and interviews with current WakeupData users, several late nights and countless cups of coffee.
At the forefront of our motivations was to find out what our clients wanted to see improved and how we could simplify complex processes to give them more choice and power in how they used our platform.
What has changed?
Speed and power
We know that time is money, so we made the WakeupData new interface as intuitive as possible, allowing our users to increase their efficiency and manage their product feeds more rapidly and with twice the power than was previously achievable.
We emphasize the process of simplifying complex integrations and procedures into easy steps – a method known as ‘simplexity’. For example, NEO lets you map your product feed data before carrying out an export, with improved and intuitive mapping that puts you in charge.
You can specify your paths and filters, manage your product feeds and get them listed with your selected channels with tailor-made templates just as before – yet now in less time and with less complexity thanks to the change in our modular methodology.
The alterations we have made have added greater flow to the entire integration process and increased the usability of the most implemented functions on the system.
NEO will offer the same opportunities to improve and alter your product data – adding images, titles, descriptions and product numbers like GTINs/ EANs. Our data analyzer will let you view you entire datafeed with ease in a user-friendly interface, combined with the freedom to update, change and modify your imports depending on what you want to do. The most important change throughout NEO is that as a user you will have far more control and understanding of the interface – minimizing your need to take time out of your schedule to ask for help from the WakeupData support team.
